BankToCSV

BankToCSV is a document conversion tool that helps you convert bank or credit card statement PDFs into CSV files. We designed it to be privacy-first.

What we collect

When you upload a statement, the file is processed to extract transaction text and format it into a CSV. We do not ask you to connect your bank account.

File handling and deletion

Uploaded files are processed for conversion and are deleted after the conversion completes. We do not store your statements for later use.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Stripe may collect and process information as described in their policies.

Analytics and logs

We may collect basic, non-sensitive technical information (such as errors, performance metrics, and device/browser details) to maintain reliability and improve the product. We do not use this data to build profiles of your financial activity.

Your choices

If you contact support, we will receive the information you choose to share. If you want us to delete support emails or related information, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
